[MPlayer-dev-eng] change playback speed patch?

Hi,

There was a patch very long time ago, which allowed to change playback
speed (-speed option) while plaing, with some keys ([ ] ?).
It was refused by me, because it messed up a-v sync badly, and changing
audio speed runtime was not implemented.

Afair later tehre was some new version of this thing, which handled audio
too. Why isn't it commited? Or if it still suffers from a-v problems,
it should be reduced to -nosound mode only.
