[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] enable mmx for x86_64 in libmpeg2

Hi,

This trivial patch enable mmx support on x86_64 in libmpeg2.

I would like to apply it soon, but I have two questions first.
 - I also sent this patch to libmpeg2-devel at lists.sourceforge.net
   but the list seem quite dead. Is there another place where I
   should send it ?
 - the libmpeg2 dir contain a libmpeg-0.4.0.diff. I guess it's
   the diff between vanillia libmpeg2 and the MPlayer modified
   version ?
   So I also guess that I should add my modifications in this
   diff, right ?
