[MPlayer-dev-eng] [ANNOUNCE] encode2mpeg v0.3.0: a tool to create VCD/SVCD/DVD/DIVX

		Announcing encode2mpeg 0.3.0.

After three months of development a new version of encode2mpeg is ready.
Here is a list of the most important new features:

	added html documentation and a home page
	VCD/SVCD/DVD encoding with mpeg2enc or mencoder
	added interlaced support
	added SMP support

Encoding now is faster than before. If you have 2 cpu it can take about 40% less
time to encode. 
For VCD/SVCD/DVD there is a speed gain if you use mencoder instead of mpeg2enc.

This program
is able to convert any kind of video that MPlayer can play in
a format suitable for VCD/SVCD/DVD, plus it can create DivX avi.
