[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Streaming support for smb:// protocol

Hi all.

I am using mplayer at home. We have local SMB network and I really
love mplayer feature to start movies directly from SMB network.

Unfortunately when I have upgraded from 0.92 to 1.0pre5 one very nice
feature was broken - seeking in files, opened using smb:// url.

After some work with sources I have found how to solve the problem -
it is just one additional line (see patch)
