[MPlayer-dev-eng] Stop state in Slave mode without GUI?

Dear Selwyn,
My guess is that you would like to run MPlayer as a daemon, and not
terminate when a movie finishes playing?
I'm currently working on a patch that does exactly that. It adds a
"-daemon" option which tells MPlayer to stay in an infinite loop when no
movies are playing. When MPlayer is inside that loop, it responds to a
subset of the slave commands: "loadfile", "loadlist", "switch_ratio"
and "quit".
I will be posting that patch when it has been more fully tested.
Regards,
Timothy
