4:2:2-profile decoding is a new feature added to libmpeg2 since 0.4.0.
0.3.1 doesn't support it. I tested some 4:2:2 videos  with libmpeg2's
own test program mpeg2dec . They all passed with 0.4.0b and failed with
0.3.1. So bug #140 should be introduced by the process of merging
libmpeg2 with mplayer.
