[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] H264 over TS and some small change in video.c

Hi,
in order to make the TS demuxer more general and extensible (in this 
case with support for H264)
I made some small and harmless changes in video.c and demuxer.[ch], removing
the fake DEMUXER_TYPE_MPEG4_IN_TS (a mistake from the beginning) and 
changing the
initial switch(demuxer->file_format) in video_read_properties().

I tested all involved demuxers with no errors.

If no one complains I will commit  this patch wednesday night.
