[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Reuse address in RTP socket

Hi all,

This patch adds a socket option SO_REUSEADDR to RTP's socket, in order 
to allow multiple instances of mplayer to listen to the same rtp stream. 
It allows me to work around the problem of a/v out-of-sync and startup 
latency when playing rtp streams with only one mplayer by using two 
instances, one with -novideo and the other -nosound.

Please consider this, as I see no harm to any other part of mplayer.
