The only change I madе was to rename the variable to scenecut_threshold as it is in the
x264 structure. As xvid and other encoders use tresholds. In generally this give information
what is the difference between scenecut and keyint and the units they use.
I could probably recomend finding new name of the option itself ...

And at the time I found it, I didn't had much time to
work on MPlayer.
