[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Fix compile error on MacOSX with --enable-qtx

Using CVS mplayer retrieved at approximately 12PM EDT 10-Oct-2004,
building on MacOS X 10.3.5(7M34) failed with the --enable-qtx option to
configure. The attached trivial (3 lines, 2 files) patch adds an
additional check for the MACOSX define before including some of the
Windows specific (I think) code.
Also attached are the errors from make without this patch applied.
With this patch, mplayer compiles cleanly and successfully plays
QuickTime files on MacOS X. Unfortunately I don't currently have a
Windows dev platform setup, so I wasn't able to test this patch on
Windows. I can't see any way that it would cause any problems, though.
Best regards,
Zac Bedell

I see a good deal of talk from Washington about lowering taxes. I hope
they do get 'em lowered enough so people can afford to pay 'em.
