[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] nasty hack removal from libmpdemux/video.c (mpeg1/2 in avi/asf)

Hi
this patch removes an ugly hack to call video_read_properties() from 
inside itself in case
of mpeg1/2 in avi and asf.

With this patch applied I played and remuxed my sample files without 
problem.
Please, someone test and report.
