[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] limit GUI redraw rate

Hi,
this patch will limit the GUIs redraw rate (except for playbar fade 
in/out). For me this reduces CPU usage while playing MP3s from 30% to 2%.
It makes the scrolling text scroll a bit slower but with more constant 
speed, which I personally like too.
