[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] [REPEAT] shuffle, track numbers and a general playlist question

well... believe you or not, i have to repost this patch 3rd time for it 
to be examined and (i hope) applied.
having been for a while on this list i noticed that most of the 
development is going on under the hood, gui being low priority task.
mind you, i'm not against it in any way...just apply this patch 
pleeeeeeese ;)
as a quick refresher, this patch (shuffle3) adds shuffle functionality 
to gui playlist which is, to my mind, is a must have for any player.

the second patch (track_numbers), a really small one, should be applied 
after the first one. track number indicator is made to show playlist 
position instead of just dull "00" as it used to. ;)

and finally a more general GUI playlist question.
i just wonder if there exists a relation between mplayer's sophisticated 
playtree facility and the gui playlist? to date i wasn't able to find 
one. that being so, shouldn't we merge the two? by that i mean scrapping 
the current primitive GUI playlist implementation and reimplementing it 
based on playtree.
