Nobody spoke up in about a week.  Loren, please read
DOCS/tech/cvs-howto.txt and send a mail to Arpi with your desired
username and first password.  You are to be the x264 maintainer.  You
can reign freely in this area, if you wish to change other parts of
MPlayer, send patches to dev-eng first.  Also, please add yourself to
DOCS/tech/MAINTAINERS.
