[MPlayer-dev-eng] Patch: Jack audio output

Hi,

I am now using Jack as my main output layer and have tested the Jack 
output driver quite extensively.  The following patches bring Jack up to 
pretty much full usability and give proper lip sync, and improve the 
frame sync dramatically.  They also work correctly with reampling, and 
should work correctly even if plugged into a jack graph with high latency

Patch relies on the CVS version of bio2jack, however, this will 
hopefully be released as 0.4 in the next few days.

Please apply patch to cvs
