[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] make uninstall doesn't remove vidix & libdha

It has been a loooong day ;)
Anyway, the patch is here. It incorporates Moritz's previous patch and
removes other ommissed things as well (hopefully all).
I'm not sure if we shouldn't warn about removing fonts/skins as well.
Any comments? Or should I just apply tomorrow (and a shorter day then
this one ;)
