I have some 7812Hz files :)

iirc they are short clips made with digital cameras.

MOV track #1: 6 chunks, 0 samples
pts=23436  scale=7812  time=3.000
==> Found audio stream: 1
Audio bits: 16  chans: 1  rate: 7812
Fourcc: raw


and this one is 7840Hz

MOV track #1: 26 chunks, 0 samples
pts=199397  scale=7840  time=25.433
==> Found audio stream: 1
Audio bits: 16  chans: 1  rate: 7840
Fourcc: twos


I have more of them if you need them, should be available also in  
sample dir
