[MPlayer-dev-eng] cvs debian/rules for mplayer,mencoder, and doc

After testing the MPlayer CVS debian/rules for the first time today, I 
noticed that only the custom mplayer debian package was built.  Usually, 
the rules would not only build the mplayer package, but also the 
mencoder and doc packages (deb files) at the same time (assuming we want 
to have the same version packages for all mplayer/mencoder related 
applications).  What I am trying to do is write a patch for the 
debian/rules within mplayer's CVS so all the packages are created.  If 
anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
