Just for your information, B-frames with cabac does work, but the
rendering is quite ugly (see my recent posts on ffmpeg mailing list).
I agree it's quite an improvement from no support at all, but maybe the
changelog should be more explicit about that.

I also have at least one suggestion/nit about that sentence: it should
read "B-frame", as it's the way it's written all along the manpage...
