[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] fixing vf_scale to respect -xy option

Hi,
vf_scale currently breaks the -xy option, and as it is also used for 
colorspace conversion, -xy usually won't work with e.g. vo_gl.
The attached patch should fix.
If nobody objects I will apply around tomorrow.
