[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Optional parameter for sub_select

The attached patch allows switching to a given subtitle in slave
mode, instead of having to cycle through the list. The optional
parameter gives the subtitle index. -1 turns subtitle display off.
By default it cycles through the available subtitles as before.

The patch is very simple, and I tested it thoroughly.
