[MPlayer-dev-eng] VMnc codec support request

VMnc is Vmware codec used for guest os session video capturing.

I've uploaded dll and test video to 
ftp://ftp.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/incoming/VMnc/

VMware user Chris (oznet) also reports that adding:

videocodec vmnc
  info "VMware video"
  status working
  fourcc VMnc
  driver vfw
  dll "vmnc.dll"
  out BGR24,BGR15,BGR8 query,flip

in codecs.conf is requered when copying codec manually.
