[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Optional parameter for switch_audio

The attached patch allows switching to a specific audio stream in MPEG
files, instead of having to cycle through them. The optional parameter
gives the audio stream index. By default it cycles through the streams
as before.

Could somebody please check and commit?

If not I will update the patch whenever switch_audio updates are
committed for other demuxers, unless Michael is willing to merge this
into his patches. The index parameter will be zero based in all cases,
even when -aids are not.
