[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] GGI driver update

Hello,

I have an update for the GGI driver.

The patch consists of two parts. The first part touches configure,
the second libvo/vo_ggi.c.

I suggest the following commit log for the configure part:

If libggi has been found, search for the libggiwmh extension
w/o relying on it.
---------------------------------------

libggiwmh enhances the GGI features for windowed targets.
libggiwmh makes possible to move, resize, iconify windows and more.
On non-windowed targets all operations are just NOPs.


I suggest the following commit log for the libvo/vo_ggi.c part:

---------------------------------------
- make use of libggiwmh if found by configure
  * For now use it to set the window title
  * Implement "Window-On-Top" (experimental)

- Improved dirty region handling introduced in rev 1.33.
- Other minor fixes
