[MPlayer-dev-eng] mphq server and hosting

Heyo,

After this crash and a few other reasons we have to get
a new machine to replace mphq and a new hoster.

I tried to get both here in Switzerland, but a few
people on #mplayerdev raised some consernes and
want to use the hosting at fsn.hu instead.

For me it doesn't matter, as long as we get a well
admined place with someone who can get physical access
to the box within a day (beside at least 3 people
who have root on the box).

But what still remains is that we need a machine.
We can either let a company donate it or do some
found raising. I guess, that both have an equal
probability of success.
