Second updated version:

* -(no)cvs option; determine files to check by CVS/Entries files (or not)
* Test for overly long lines (>79 chars); default off
* HUGE speed improvement (depending on which tests are selected up to a 
factor ten) and shorter and cleaner code as a result
* Ability to specify file(s) on the command line instead of traversing the 
whole tree from where it was called; might be handy to check patches before 
committing
