Well, what i think about this is: mplayer/mencoder's main task are
reproduce/display and encode, console output on normal operation
should be tied down to errors that state WHY/WHEN the program cant
fullfit this task, verbose mode should be used to find out general
info about how the encoding/displaying is been done, what the program
is seen on the media stream, how it is reacting etc. the rest, is
debug stuff.

i think 'frame skiped' and 'duplicated frame' messages belong to
verbose, then again i could be wrong, it wont even be the first time ;)

will wait for more comments on the subject, anyway, toh we all
agre that !verbose check is obiously wrong.
