[MPlayer-dev-eng] mplmult.sh skript for TOOLS dir

Hi,
I'd like to add the attached script to the TOOLS dir.
It allows to play a video with multiple video windows, and also serves
as an example of how to use fifos and the yuv4mpeg vo.
What do you think about it?
