Wine libraries could not open binary files when i18n config files contains 'tr_TR' settings. So then we have to use this patch to load *.DLL files. This not important for other languages, i mean this patch may not affect other i18n settings, maybe they will work better. -- Regards, ocean the one (middle earth)
