For each stream that is true (the comment packet is the second packet in
each stream), but I've encountered files in which data packets for
stream x came before the comment packet for stream y, and I've
encountered files that don't even have a comment packet (e.g. for subs).

Technically this is all solved easily by only probing the first x
megs. It's just a matter of having spare time to implement it :)
