[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] fix infinite loop for H264/MPEG4 demuxers

This patch fixes an infinite loop that happens when encoding/remuxing files
containing MPEG4/H264 in raw format/mpeg-ts, because the syncword not 
found is
not detected.
