Great! Thanks for taking care of this. Looking at the generated HTML
and the source XML, it seem quite good. As for the content, I suppose
it's good too since you took it from encoding-guide.txt.

Did/Could you maybe see if there's anything that you may leach from
the FAQ entry that explains how to generate a SVCD? Ultimately, that
FAQ entry will have to get replaced but the patch you just send, so
better make sure we won't loose anything if we delete it.

One more thing: this thread belongs to the docs ML, so I cc it too.
