[MPlayer-dev-eng] Is there any way to let MEncoder support AMR_NB audio codec in MS Windows?

Hello,

   AFAIK, MEncoder can not call ffmpeg auido codec lib (although it can call ffmpeg video codec lib) which support AMR_NB audio codec. I want to use MEncoder to transcode a DVD to .3GP with MPEG4 video + AMR_NB audio.

   Any suggestions? (One solution is that I use MEncoder to transcode DVD->.avi and use ffmpeg to do .avi->.3gp, but it will cost double time and large hard disk space and I want to do it as fast as possible. Another solution is pipe MEncoder+FFMPEG,but I use MS Windows which doesn't support mkfifo. :( )
 
   The best solution I want to take is to ./configure mencoder to let it support AMR_NB audio codec, but how to do it?
