Applied with some addition.
Unfortunately the new dll can't play old samples, so i kept the old dll
to be used with them. the only way i found to tell new samples from old
is extradata: new files have it, old doesn't.
If you find nonworking samples please tell me.

New dll is in http://www.mplayerhq.hu/~rtognimp/new_codecs, it will be
added to codec packages next time i rebuild them.
