Hi,

Ivor, do you have an up-to-date patch that would feature the remarks
posted on the ML as much as possible?

The only person I know who both has the coding knowledge and the
hardware to comment and test your patch would be Mike Melanson. Is
there any way he could have a look at it, so someone (could be me)
commits your patch?
