[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] fix language display when switching subtitles

attached the patch that fixes that:-)
ogg did't display language string, and something told 'none', other
'unknown'

sorry if i reordered some lines of code, but it was necessary...
the code was all a 'it this and not that do, if that but not this
and that other=1, and so on.... so reordered.
tried it, i can say it works, if you like to test the patch, if noone
complains, i'll commit tomorrow nite :-)
