[MPlayer-dev-eng] NUT draft document reformatting

If nobody minds I would like to apply some cosmetic reformatting to the
NUT draft to make it look a tad bit more professional.  I intend to
replace all tabs by spaces, remove trailing whitespace and such stuff.
No real changes.  This should make the draft look the same in a browser
and in a text editor.

Speak up or I will do this in a few days.
