If you think that's unacceptable we can simply copy all the asf
mimetypes appeared in asf_http_streaming_type to mime_table. Either
will work. But can we treat "application/octet-stream" as an ASF type?

Very useful to me at least:-) Actually it isn't a bug but an anti-bug
against others' bugs.
