[MPlayer-dev-eng] Utilize libunrar.so/unrar.dll?

Hi,

The author of RAR provides these external decompressing libraries
under Windows/Linux. They are up to date and can handle rar files
v3.0, and it only requires minimal work to be used by mplayer without
altering existing code much. We may load them dynamically like a
codec.
