[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Remove font attributes from subtitles

I'm new to this list so I only saw this message by this reply. I would 
LOVE to have full subtitle rendering including support of the formats 
in ASS/SSA subtitles. I actually just asked this in mplayer-users. So, 
if anyone is willing to start work on this I can supply some documents 
on the format of ASS and SSA subtitles. On mac os x there is ABSOLUTELY 
no way to get the full features of the ASS/SSA subtitle files into the 
video by burning them in or whatever. You have to use a windows 
computer to burn them if you want them in a video with full features. 
This would also increase the popularity of Mplayer/Mencoder among the 
anime fansubbing community as almost any mkv files have soft subs in 
ASS format.

Also, what format of subtitles is that below, I don't recognize it at 
all.
