Well, the only people to have ever committed changes to stream_dvd.c are
Diego and Nico (one commit each), and ifo_types.h appears to come from
libdvdread. I wouldn't be surprised if there *is* no one in charge of
that part of the source tree. (Then again, I could be misreading you as
to exactly what "that part of the source tree" means.)
