[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Include buffered decoded audio in av sync calculations

Currently parts of decoded audio that are not yet accepted by ao are
ignored in sync calculations. With my usual configuration this seems to
typically cause a varying error of about 20 ms. Attached patch fixes
this.

The first change in the patch is not directly necessary for correcting
the calculations and is mostly cosmetic; however it is included in the
same patch because the second part relies on it being correct, and it
should be changed at the same time to keep the code consistent. If there
is a reason why the test removed in the first part needs to be kept then
the second part of the patch should be changed accordingly.
