[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Automatic monitor aspect for X11

Hi,

after seeing Reimar patch i looked a bit at how the monitor size can be
queried from X11. As i expect it's pretty trivial, here is the
(preliminary) patch.

I don't have access to a box where the monitor(s) size can't be queried
and the man page don't say what happend in such case, so for now i just
disabled it by default. If someone could report what these functions
(DisplayWidthMM and DisplayHeightMM) return when DCC is not there that
would be nice.

IMHO it should probably be enabled by default as i expect most ppl have
DCC working nowadays, and if not they probably already have the right
size in their config file for other stuff (like displaying postscript,
etc). But let's test a bit first :)
