[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Fix memory corruption in libmpeg2 decoder

The first version didn't preserve the qscale values of buffered frames
properly in case of decoder lag, fixed version attached. It might be
possible to write it in a nicer way but I'm not that interested in
libmpeg2.
