[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] more informations about the chapters

This patch adds more informations about the chapter seeked to, like the  
name
and the amount of chapters available, so the OSD information can be more 
complete.

For the stream-driven case the chapter_name will be " of %3d", so the 
user can see
how many chapters are available.

If no one objects I'll commit this patch tomorrow.
