[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Fix subtitle stream counting in Gui

I noticed that the Gui starts counting at 0 for the purpose of listing
subtitle streams in the menu (e.g. (none), Track 0, Track 1...), and this
seems inconsistent with other places which start counting at 1 for
displaying in the Gui.

This patch does not change any functionality in the menu, it only changes
how the menu displays subtitles, e.g. it starts counting at 1 (e.g. (none),
Track 1, Track 2...) instead of 0.
