I'm not sure how happy the streaming server is when you tell it to 
deliver at 10mbit and you receive at (e.g.) 10kbit. I would keep the 
default as it is - select the best stream and let it deliver at its rate.

It's 1 bit actually. If someone wants do dump streams at 1b/s, it's his 
decision.
