I've used it, and I can say that it should not be applied to CVS as it
doesn't do all what it is supposed to do.
What it does though is getting rid of mkvmerge warnings, but in the
weird cases when the dumped subs are 2x slower than video, with or
without the patch, the subs aren't correct.

It may be good though if at least the forced subs support could be
added, but unfortunately, this requires a bit of brain juice.
