[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] vo_macosx shared_buffer shouldn't be on top

Hi,

When I use MPlayer OSX, after selecting an item to play the player
loses focus.  This is a problem if "open in fullscreen by default" is
selected, as part of the menu bar and the dock will remain on screen,
and the beach ball is displayed.  This is remedied by clicking the
video window to bring MPlayer into the foreground.  Anyway, the
attached patch fixes this by not bringing the mplayer task to the
foreground when a shared buffer is used.
