It's been more than two weeks... again, any comments? The patch still
applies without errors.

If there have been no comments by my first pass through the
pending-patch backlog (which is much bigger than it should be) after the
end of the month, I'll consider the patch dropped.

(This is the busy time of year for me, but I didn't think that it was
the same for people in most other lines of work...)
